There are no upfront or ongoing fees. You only pay a service fee if you successfully list and sell (or rent) the property.
All agents pay the same service fee Australia-wide. We do not accept advertising or preferential payments from any agent.
The service fee is 0.395% of the sale price, capped at $4,750 + GST. This is only payable if you are successful in listing and selling the property.
Notify us when you sign or sell, and we’ll handle the rest. Invoices are only issued after a successful sale.
